Recruitment Process :
We at Gill International Recruiting Agency follow a well-structured recruitment and immigration process. We assist candidates in vise arrangement once they have been selected. Our requirement process begins after receiving of Demand letter and Power of Attorney along with Employment Contract duly attested by Indian Embassy from the Client.
- Step 1. – ADVERTISING:- We begin by advertising in major National and Local Newspapers as Well as online for public information.
- Step 2. – INVITE APPLICATION :- Thus We invite application for the Demand categories.
- Step 3. – CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS:- Interviews are undertaken by expert and professional in deluxe hotels of major Cities of India. We prefer Employer‘s representative to take interviews or else we undertake selection responsibility on their behalf.
- Step 4. – POST INTERVIEW DOCUMENTATION:- All necessary documents are collected from the selected candidates. We get them translated into Overseas Language where ever required and forward to the Employer We get their medical examination from recognized doctors.
- Step 5. – VISA CONFIRMATION:- Upon receiving Visa Confirmation form the foreign Employer, we arrange for Immigration Clearance where necessary arrange for Overseas Insurance and get the visas Stamped from the respective Embassy.
- Step 6. – TRANSIT ARRANGEMENTS:- We assist the employee in getting the proper vaccination before they move. We assist them in getting Air Tickets and deploying to a foreign land. We also acquaint them with foreign Culture Lifestyle along with Immigration Bylaws.
